I refer to your request for access to documents relating to ministerial correspondence 
about Project Aperio under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. I have taken your 
request to be for:  
All correspondence between the ACC and Home Affairs and Justice Minister 
Jason Clare in regards to Project Aperio.  
Between 1 November 2012 and 31 January 2013 (inclusive).  
We received  your  request  on  Friday  12  June  2015  and the  30 day  statutory  period 
for  processing  your  request  commenced  from  the  day  after  that  date.  You  should 
therefore expect a decision from us by Monday 13 July 2015. The period of 30 days 
may  be  extended  if  we  need  to  consult  third  parties  or  for  other  reasons.  We  will
