Subject: Freedom of Information request - Request for all documents, instruments, communications both internal and external relating to permission granted by First Nations tribes/elders to this government operating businesses upon the land.

Dear State Records Office of Western Australia,

I am writing to request under the FOI Act for all documents, instruments, communications both internal and external for example a Bill of Sale or Deed of Assignment; relating to permission granted by tribal First Nations and their elders; for this corporate local government to operate its businesses upon the land, as well as the corporate State Courts on record and/or archived.
It was very disappointment but not surprising that the Department of Lands was unable to respond to the same request made in 2022, they went completely silent and no one even bothered responding to my request for an internal review.

To any reasonable man or woman of competence this would suggest that there is no documentation, or instrument or any evidence in existence at all, but I still don’t wish to assume anything. Surely there must be something as it appears to be impossible for the public to source evidence themselves. If this valid request is denied for any reasons - please provide the exact area/department/office one would direct this FOI request to next - as I’m sure the good people working there would know.

Yours faithfully,

Avalon
