1.  Total number of applicants with disabilities who have applied for positions through 
the RecruitAbility Scheme: 
•  The Australian Public Service Commission externally advertised a total of 120 
vacancies from 1 July 2022 to 8 April 2024. Of those 120 vacancies 
advertised, 200 potential candidates applied under the RecruitAbility scheme.   
 
2.  Number of successful applicants offered positions 
•  Out of the 200 potential candidates the Commission received, 10 candidates 
were successfully offered and accepted a position. This does not reflect the 
applicants who were initially shortlisted for interview, are currently sitting in a 
merit pool or may have declined the opportunity.
