I refer to your request for access to documents relating to FOI charges letters under the Freedom of 
Information Act 1982. You have requested: 
 The most recent 30 notices of charges issued to FOI applicants.
 For each of these 30 requests, if applicable:
 Any subsequent decisions regarding charges following applicant contention.
 Any subsequent decisions regarding charges following internal or external review.
Excluding:
 Personal information of FOI applicants.
We received your request on 1 October 2024 and the 30-day statutory period for processing your request 
commenced from the day after that date. As your request extends to documents which require 
consultation with relevant third parties before making a decision, NOPSEMA is permitted to extend the 
timeframe by a further 30 days. You should therefore expect a decision from us by 2 December 2024. This 
period may be extended for other reasons. We will advise you if this happens.
You will be notified of any charges in relation to your request as soon as possible, before we process any 
requested documents or impose a final charge.
