Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,



I am requesting access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), to the following documents:

- A copy of all “Advice Support Tool” documents held by the NDIA.

Note: Known examples of “Advice Support Tool” documents include the two released previously under FOI 23/24-1328, titled "Advice Support Tool – Capacity Building – Exercise Physiology" and "Advice Support Tool – Continence", as listed on the disclosure log.
