and former Director of the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining.
I seek all email correspondence - including attachments, CC and BCC, of the above former
employee with email addresses containing the following domains, email addresses and which also
contain the following keywords.

On 30 May 2025, Ms Tara Mainwaring, RTI Officer advised that your application was not valid because
you had not paid the application fee. We requested that this fee be paid by 13 June 2025. Unfortunately,
we have not received payment of the fee.
As the application fee has not been paid, I have decided to refuse to deal with your application because it
is invalid.
1 No further action wil be taken on your application.
REVIEW RIGHTS
You may apply for a review of this decision if you do not agree with it. There are two review options
available:

1. Internal review
This is conducted internally by UQ. The review wil be allocated to a different decision maker who is not
less senior than the original decision maker.
2 We have 20 business days to make a decision on your
internal review.
3 You can lodge an application for internal review by sending an email t

and any such application must be lodged within 20 business days of the date of this decision.
2. External review
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, or if you wish to proceed directly to an
external review, you can lodge an application for external review with the Office of the Information
