and I are looking to our discussion on Monday afternoon. This is our third and final discussion for
the project, and the objective is to apply the lessons from our reports and discussions to ANU’s strategic agenda.
We have 2 hours together, and thought the agenda should broadly flow as follows:
1. Discussion on specific areas of interest covered in our three reports (30mins), particularly anything in our 3rd
report ‘Getting ahead of the curve’ (attached).
2. ANU’s strategic agenda (30mins), both ANU’s strategy and your most important long-term goals.
3. Your professional and personal agendas (30mins), the three to five most important priorities/needs/goals.
4. Next steps (30mins), including feedback on our work together and where Nous might be useful accelerating
your agendas.
As always, happy to go where’s valuable and please let us know if you have anything top of mind that would benefit
from us preparing some ideas or data.
