Kiteworks
These notes are designed for external parties that have received an email from Ahpra with a link to files
on our Kiteworks platform.
When you click on the link in the email from Ahpra, you wil be directed to the Ahpra Kiteworks website.
You must have an account to access the files.
First time users
The first time you access the Ahpra Kiteworks website, you wil be required to create an account using
your email address and a
password nominated by you as well as
2 Factor Authentication which
ensures another level of security.
1.
Using your desktop or laptop device, click on the link provided to you in the email from Ahpra. You
will see a screen similar to the below screenshot.

Enter the email address the Ahpra email was sent to and select
Next.
3.
You wil be prompted to create an account. Enter the same email address and your own nominated
password. Reconfirm your password and select
Next.
4.
If a captcha code displays, enter the required code and select
Create Account.
5.
A second email wil be received from Kiteworks welcoming you to the platform and asking you to
activate your account. Select
Activate which wil take you back to Kiteworks sign in page. Enter
your email address and password and click
Sign In. Kiteworks is now set up and you wil need to
proceed to 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).
2 Factor Authentication (2FA)
1.
Download the MS Authenticator or Google Authenticator app from the App Store onto your mobile
phone.
2.
Open the Authenticator app on your phone
3.
Select
Add account or the
+ sign on top right corner.
4.
Select
Other account
5.
Scan the QR code on your laptop or desktop device with your mobile phone using the Authenticator
scanner
6.
Kiteworks should now be registered in the MS Authenticator app and should start giving you a
6-digit code. The 6-digit code wil refresh after 30 seconds.
7.
Navigate back to your desktop and enter the 6-digit code and select
Submit.
8.
Kiteworks should automatically take you to the released documents on your desktop/laptop device.
For existing account holders
Using your desktop or laptop device:
1. enter your username and password
2. open the 2FA app from your mobile phone
3. enter the unique 6-digit code from your authenticator app into the Kiteworks login page
4. Kiteworks should automatically take you to the released documents on your desktop/laptop
device.
