Industry,ultimatelyhandingdownalandmarkreportinFebruary2019.

TheHonGeoffreyNettleACKCwasappointedtotheHighCourtofAustraliainFebruary2015.
Atthetimeofhisappointment,hewasajudgeoftheVictorianCourtofAppeal,towhichhewas
appointedinJune2004.HeretiredfromtheHighCourtin2020,andthefollowingyearwasappointed
Special Investigatortoconsiderwhethercriminalordisciplinarychargesoughttobemadeinresponse
tothemattersfoundbytheVictorianRoyalCommissionintotheManagement ofPoliceInformants.

onenforcement-basedapproachestohomelessnessandwas on theBoardoftheCouncilto
Homeless Personsforsix years.

CarlyShreverconductedAustralia’sfirstempiricalandpsychologicallygroundedresearchintothe
sourcesandnatureofwork-relatedstressamongtheAustralianjudiciary.Thisresearchhasbeen
publishedinpeer-reviewedjournalsandtextbooks,anditsfindingshavebeenpresentedtojudicial
audiencesaroundtheglobe.SheiscurrentlyaPrincipalInvestigatoronanAustralian Research
Council-fundednationalresearchprojectonjudicialwellbeingacross Australia.
