4.  I understand that Dave Fanner (ACE) is repor ng to Steve Fanner (ACE) but that his approvals flow through 
Lily due to a COI with Dave and Steve being related. I have spoken to Steve and would like to request we seek 
CPO approval for Dave to report to Jamie Kidston (at level) to clean up this situa on. Steve is comfortable 
with this approach. We won’t advise Dave or Jamie un l we have in principle approval from Kate.
