Diverse groups and people living with disability
• The NOIA is committed to creating and maintaining a workforce that is
inclusive and reflects the community that it serves.
• NOIAAPS employees living with disability has increased over the last
2 years from 815 (20%) in 2022 to 1,523 (21.7%) in 2024 (Census 2024).
• The NOIA Corporate Plan 2022-26 target for staff living with disability
(both APS and Labour Hire) is 19% and for SES is 12%.
