I did this by contacting the area of the AEC responsible for party registration.
The schedule of documents in At achment A provides a description of each of the Relevant Documents
and the access decision for each of the Relevant Documents.
Decision
With regard to the Relevant Documents identified in
Attachment A, I have decided:
• Access in ful : 1, 3, 4, 6
• Edited Copies: 2, 5, 7, 8, 9
• Refuse access: not applicable
The relevant documents are provided as a separate attachment to this decision.

Third Party Review
As part of my decision-making process, I consulted with third parties seeking their submissions as to
whether the Relevant Documents attracted an exemption under the FOI Act.
Disclosure log
Section 11C of the FOI Act requires that the documents released under section 11A are published
unless it would be unreasonable to do so.
I have determined that it is not unreasonable to publish these documents. These documents wil be
