I have taken your request to be as follows:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, I request all communications (including emails, Signal
messages, instant messages, Teams chats, handwritten notes, meeting notes) and any other
documents made as part of FOI request 202500132.

4. Decision
The University has located 6 (six) documents considered to be within the scope of your request.
I have decided to release these documents in full, but with irrelevant material redacted. This
irrelevant material includes names, email addresses and phone numbers of staff members who
were not involved in the original request (which the request notes you did not require) and
material that did not relate to the original request.
A copy of the document schedule is enclosed with this letter.
