Dear Mr G
Freedom of Information request — Notification of Decision
Thank you for your correspondence of 3 September 2025, in which you requested access to
documents held by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), under the
Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
I confirm we have received and accepted your request as a Section 16 Transfer from the
Department of Social Services.
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a decision on your request.
Scope of your request
You have requested access to the fol owing documents:
“Could you please provide me with any and all of the Music Therapy review findings.”
Communication
On 15 September 2025, we have responded to your request, and requested you withdraw.
Our reasoning for this, was that the relevant documents had been published on our NDIS
website and were therefor publicly available. We have provided subsequent links to both the
Review and the Evidence Summary, as they contained the relevant documents.
I note that with our email correspondence we have also provided documents from our
disclosure log, that had previously been released in relation to a previous request.
As the relevant information had been provided and was publicly available, we had sought
your consent to withdraw the request.
As we have not had a response to date, we have continued to process your request.
