AI Chat rooms and young people
Hi,
I work in  s 47E(d), s 47F

 We have had first
hand reports at multiple High Schools the use of
young people using AI games to have sexual
conversations with AI. These students have stated
they are addicted to these websites and are using
them for 4-5+ hours a day. From what it sounds like
Details
they can choose a character and then chat with
another AI character. Students as young as Year 7
have reported using these websites.
We are hoping to get some feedback and education
about how we can best navigate these disclosures to
provide better education to young people about the
risks involved?
Thank you
