Dear Mr Foley,
Freedom of Information Request in relation to the sale of Ayers Rock Resort
I refer to your request for access to documents relating to the above matter under the
Freedom of Information Act
1982. I have taken your request to be for:
- EOI/RFP/process letters and any sale timetable
- Probity plan(s), probity adviser final reports, and conflict of interest registers.
- Evaluation criteria or matrices and the final recommendation to the Board
- The final Board approval to sell.
- The executed sale agreement and any side deeds. If not yet executed, the most recent final draft provided
to the Board for approval.
We received your request on 12 September 2025 and the 30-day statutory period for processing your request
commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a decision from us by 13 October 2025. The
period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third parties or for other reasons. We will advise you if
this happens.
