As an agency we are experiencing a lot of change. The process of change has not always been handled wel . The saving grace has been the individuals who have stood up and
compensated for the deficiencies of the 'agency' and the people charged with managing the change. Other than that, there is nothing the 'agency' is doing that stands out.
