Good morning Ms Quinn,
Thank you for your email below, the attached response was sent to you on
19 November 2015, advising that your request was not considered valid.
The email also noted that the Office of Joint Health, would be happy to
assist you outside of the FOI Act if you desired.
After receiving your email below, it appears that the response was sent
to the incorrect right to know address. Unfortunately, I did not receive
a bounce back or an email to advise that the address was incorrect to
which I could follow up.
Grateful if you could review the attached email and the above advice and
advise whether you wish to proceed with a new formal request or are
happy to make direct contact with the Office of Joint Health for them to
assist you.
