(a) Revoke all previous delegations made under paragraphs 110(1)(a) and (b) of

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (

Act); and
(i)
delegate under paragraph 110(1)(a) of the PGPA Act, my powers,
functions and duties as described in Column 1 (but not the power to
sub delegate), to the official/s from time to time holding or occupying
the position or title mentioned in Columns 2 and 3, for the approval
thresholds in Column 4, subject to any rules, notes, directions or
instructions referred to in Column 5, in each table of the attached
Schedule 1, and
(ii)
delegate under paragraph 110(1)(b) of the PGPA Act, my powers,
functions and duties as described in Column 1, to the official/s from
time to time holding or occupying the position or title mentioned in
Columns 2 and 3, for the approval thresholds in Column 4, subject to
any rules, notes, directions or instructions referred to in Column 5, in
each table of the attached Schedule 2.
(b) Revoke all previous instructions made under section 16 of the PGPA Act; and
(i)
issue instructions pursuant to section 16 of the PGPA Act regarding the
performance of my powers, functions and duties as described in
Column 1, to the official/s from time to time holding or occupying the
position or title mentioned in Columns 2 and 3, subject to the approval
thresholds in Column 4, and subject to any rules, notes, directions or
instructions referred to in Column 5, in each table of the attached Other
Financial and Policy Instructions.
(c) Revoke all previous delegations made under section 32D(3) of the
Financial
Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997 (

and
(i)
delegate under section 32D(3), my powers, functions and duties as
described in Column 1, to the official/s from time to time holding or
