What is the Digital Transformation Strategy?
We have a vision. In 2018 the Australian Government launched the
Digital Transformation
Strategy with a vision to (/digital-transformation-strategy/digital-transformation-strategy-
2018-2025)deliver world-leading digital services for the benefit of all Australians. The
achievements since the launch of the Strategy have positioned Australia as a global digital
leader.
What is the refresh?
We want to remain relevant. As part of our public commitment, we remain focused on making
sure the Strategy is regularly reviewed. This keeps it relevant and fit-for-purpose, to progress
improvements across digital government services.
How we need your help?
We want you to have your say. To advance the conversation about how the Australian
Government will continue to accelerate data and digital transformation, we have released a
Discussion Paper (/digital-transformation-strategy/digital-transformation-strategy-refresh) and
we invite you to respond to consultation topics.

18 December 2020. Your contribution is critical the refresh as we want to ensure it is reflective
of your environment and needs.
