W
e’ve launched the virtual Digital Summit 2020 with a packed program

Over 4 days between 10 and 19 November, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm (AEDST), our Australian
and international presenters are providing practical insights on how to lead and deliver
through these difficult times. There are opportunities to engage with your peers, share your
experiences, and learn from others. You’ll also hear from industry, with some of the largest
organisations in the world sharing their insights and experiences.
First day highlights
The theme for the first day of the Digital Summit is
Disruption and Change. Highlights
include:

presentations by Jim Grubb (Cisco) and Tom Burton (AFR)
workshops on designing a better future and digital ethics
case studies demonstrating the positive outcomes of human-centred design methods
and service delivery
on-demand content on innovation and crisis response.
