I have taken your request to be as follows:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, I seek access to any and all documents held by the
Australian National University that relate to:
Steps taken by the University and/or its Special Governance Committee to ensure the
investigation of matters by Dr Vivienne Thom complies and is consistent with the provisions of
the Commonwealth Evidence Act 1995’
The relevant areas of the University were contacted, and a search was conducted for documents
relating to the scope of your request, but no relevant paper based or electronic documents could
be located.
