I refer to your request for access to documents under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982. I have
taken your request to be for:
A copy of a Deed of Variation dated 20 November 1974 that amends the provisions of an
occupational pension scheme established by a Trust Deed dated 23 December 1913 to add
Regulation 30A and where the original sponsoring employer was a company called Elder
Smith & Co Ltd.
The search period is from 1 July 2016 to 1 August 2016.
We received your request on
Saturday 13 August 2016 and the 30 day statutory period for
processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a
decision from us by
Monday 12 September 2016. The period of 30 days may be extended if we need
