I refer to your email dated 23 September 2016, seeking access under the Freedom of 
Information Act 1982 to the following information:  
 
‘to statistical information concerning the number of complainant's applications for review of 
delegates' decisions that have been overturned by the CSC's Reconsideration Review and 
Advisory Committees over the past 10 years for presentation in submissions to the current 
Senate Committee inquiry.  The statistical information is relevant to the issue of ADF 
suicides which is a matter under inquiry before the Senate Committee'. 
 
A response will be provided within the statutory period of 30 days commencing on the date 
the request was received by this office.
