Instrument of Delegation 
I, Andreas Clark, Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Grape and Wine Authority 
established under section 6 of the Australian Grape and Wine Authority Act 2013, and being 
the ‘principal officer’ for the purposes of section 23 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, 
formally approve Rachel Triggs, General Counsel, to make decisions in respect of any 
requests received by the Australian Grape and Wine Authority under the Freedom of 
Information Act 1982 until further notice.
