Please supply details of all complaints and details of the resulting investigations by the FWC into the
conduct of former FWC Commissioner Barbara Deegan during her 18 years.
The 30 day statutory time period for processing your request commenced on the day after the
day on which your request was received (subsection 15(5) of the FOI Act). You should therefore
expect a decision on your FOI request by
4 December 2016. The period of 30 days may be
extended if we need to consult third parties or for other reasons. We will advise you if this
happens. We will contact you if further clarification is required regarding your request.
