Subject: Internal review of Freedom of Information request - Removal/ revocation of the E&EC – Ethics and Conduct Committee by CASA, on/about 21st September 2016

Dear Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development,

I am requesting an internal review of FOI 17-55 - Expenditure of Funds allocated to CASA

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development's handling of my FOI request 'Removal/ revocation of the E&EC – Ethics and Conduct Committee by CASA, on/about 21st September 2016'.

That in internal documents, the Department has a responsibility for funding and is the responsible body for submissions to Parliament for increases in AVGAS and AVTUR levies. Hence these documents or directive documents must exist in the records of the Department.

Please review the existence of these records.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/removal_revocation_of_the_eec_et_3

Yours faithfully,

Rob Cumming
