Freedom of Information request
This letter refers to your request received on 31 January 2017 seeking access under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act). On 11 April 2017 I sent you a notice under
s.24AB(2) of the Act advising you that a ‘practical refusal reason’ existed in relation to this
request. On 11 April 2017 you agreed to amend your request to seek access to the following
documents:
The top conditions identified by a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC) for
the Skilled visas 189, 190 and 489 for the 2015-16 financial year.
This letter is to provide you with the decision, which is set out in the attached Decision Record
– Attachment A.

Review rights Internal review
