Freedom of Information Request
I refer to your request received by the Department of Human Services (the
department) on 14
February 2017 for access under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the
FOI Act) to the following
documents:
'I require full disclosure of the Appointed Instrument of Authority that any Government
Corporation with an ABN ie: judge, lawyer, court, Police, Justice Department, fake councils,
has that clearly states that they are all living Man's Master and that all living Man is their
Slave...
I require full disclosure of the Appointed Instrument of Authority that any Government
Corporation with an ABN ie: judge, lawyer, court, Police, Justice Department, fake councils,
has that clearly states they can steal a mother's or father's property, child, and think that that
property is now theirs to do as they will just for money revenue and not for the best interest
of the property.... Instead scar's the property's life for ever and siding with the mother on
most occasions without any sufficient physical evidence to prove that the father has created
a victim for any crime to have been committed in the first place therefore the applicant walks
away committing perjury under oath and the judge gets away with perverting the cause of
justice'.
My decision
I have considered your request under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the
FOI Act).
I am authorised to make decisions under section 23(1) of the FOI Act.
Your request does not currently meet the requirements of the FOI Act.
Section 15(2)(b) of the FOI Act states that for a request to be valid, it must:
‘provide such information concerning the document as is reasonably necessary to enable a
responsible officer of the agency, or the Minister, to identify it’.
You request does not currently satisfy this requirement. It is unclear from the text of your request
what documents of the department you are seeking.
The Department of Human Services is a federal government department that is responsible for
developing service delivery policy and providing access to social, health and other payments and
services. This includes duties related to payments for Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support.
The department is not responsible for decisions regarding property settlements or child custody, nor
does it hold documents related to the powers of judges, lawyers, courts, police, or councils.
How to make a valid FOI request

request must:
be in writing;
state that the request is an application for the purposes of the FOI Act;
provide information about the documents to assist us to process your request; and
provide an address for reply.
