Dear Mr Hirsch,
This letter refers to your request received on 22 May 2017, revised on 16 June 2017 seeking
access under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the following documents:
Please provide statistics on number of people who arrived through the Refugee and
Humanitarian Program (Class XB) that received a health waiver under Public Interest Criteria
4007.
Please provide these statistics by financial year from July 1 2011 until the latest available
date. Please provide a breakdown of these statistics by visa subclass.

Review rights Internal review
