INSTRUMENT OF DELEGATION 2015 
(Instrument making powers - to specify addresses and other matters) 
I,  PETER  DUTTON,  Minister  for  Immigration  and  Border  Protection  acting  under  my  powers  in 
subsection  496(1)  of  the  Migration  Act  1958  (the  Act)  and  subregulation  1.16(1)  of  the  Migration 
Regulations 1994 (the Regulations): 
1.
REVOKE  the  Instrument  of  Delegation  signed  by  Brendan  O'Connor,  fonner  Minister  of  the
Department of Immigration and Citizenship on 18 March 2013; and
2.
REVOKE  the  Instrument  of  Delegation,  signed  by  Scott  Morrison,  former  Minister  of  the
Department oflmmigration and Border Protection on 4 November 2013; and
3.
REVOKE  the  Special  Instrument  of  Delegation  2015  (DEL  15/058),  signed  on
14 May 2015; and
4.
DELEGATE my powers to make instruments, as recorded in the relevant columns of  Schedule 1
and each part of Schedule 2 to this Instrument, to each person holding, or occupying, or performing
the duties of a position at the location and at the level or classification of that position indicated in
Schedule 1 and each part of Schedule 2 to this Instrument for that power.
This Instrument of Delegation 2015, DEL 15/090 commences immediately after the commencement of 
the Australian Border Force Act 2015.
