Freedom of Information Authorisation 2018 
I, Michael Kinley, Chief Executive Officer and principal officer of the Australian 
Maritime Safety Authority, under subsection 23(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 
1982 (the Act):    
(a)  revoke the Freedom of Information Authorisation 2016 made under the Act on 
1 December 2016 ; and 
(b)  authorise each person holding or performing the duties of a position in the 
Australian Maritime Safety Authority mentioned in Schedule 1 to make each 
decision under the Act mentioned in Schedule 2. 
This instrument commences when it is made.
