Decisions under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth)  
 
  I, Mark I Paterson, Chief Executive Officer, National Vocational Education and Training 
 
  Regulator (known as the Australian Skills Quality Authority) hereby revoke all previous 
arrangements made under subsection 23(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth). 
 
I now approve the following arrangements for the purpose of subsection 23(1) of the 
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth): 
 
The following officers are authorised to make decisions in respect of requests made to 
the Australian Skills Quality Authority: 
  Commissioner, Risk Intelligence and Regulatory Support; 
  General Manager, Regulatory Strategy, Governance and Corporate,  
  Manager, Legal, Enforcement and Investigations; and 
  Manager, Governance, Policy and Quality. 
 
These arrangements take effect immediately upon execution by me.
