Subject: Freedom of Information request - Internal Processes of Handling Appeals in College of Engineering and Computer Science
From: ZF <[FOI #5569 email]>
To: FOI requests at ANU <[ANU request email]>

Dear Australian National University,

I am writing to request the current internal process of handling students' appeals received on assoc.dean.edu.cecs at anu.edu.au, in particular who have the access to this email account, who are supposed to monitor the email account daily and how they are supposed to act after receiving emails. As far as I know the Associate Dean (Education) does not monitor the email account daily, but rather there is a secretary-like person who handles the emails and possibly actually directs it to ADE. I would like to know who this person is and the guidelines/processes according to which he/she should work. In case the name of the person cannot be disclosed directly, I would like the job title to be disclosed.

Yours faithfully,

ZF
