Your application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act)
On 25 October 2019 we received your application for the following information under the GIPA
Act:
'I would like to request any information regarding the feasibility of constructing a
second bridge across Cape Hawk Harbour between Forster and Tuncurry,
specifically referring to any information of which the basis of RMS's stance can be
attributed to in the following article:

states a postal address as the address for correspondence in connection with
the application; and
(e)
includes such information as is reasonably necessary to enable the
government information applied for to be identified.

Unfortunately, your application is not valid because the required application fee has not been
received.

What are your review rights?
If you disagree with my decision that your application is not valid, you may apply for this decision
to be reviewed by seeking:
an internal review by another officer of this agency, who is no less senior
than me;
an external review by the NSW Information Commissioner; or
an external review by the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
You have 20 working days from the date of this letter to apply for an internal review and 40
working days to apply for an external review by the NSW Information Commissioner or the NCAT.
