'I would like to request any information regarding the feasibility of constructing a 
second bridge across Cape Hawk Harbour between Forster and Tuncurry, 
specifically referring to any information of which the basis of RMS's stance can be 
attributed to in the following article:

A costing structure would also be helpful, however, any relevant information would 
be appreciated.
