Freedom of Information (FOI) request - Access Decision 
On 12 January 2020, the Department of Home Affairs (the Department) received a request for 
access to a document under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act). 
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a decision on your request for access under the 
FOI Act.

You have requested access to the following document: 
Data of Skil ed independent visa (Subclass 189) as at 12/01/2020, the total number 
of EOI in submitted status for all occupations between 75-105 points, with/without 
professional year.

to produce one document that contains information that falls within the scope of your
