Re: Request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the Act)
I refer to your freedom of information application requesting access under the Act to parking
infringement data within the Stonnington Council area in the last two financial years. In particular,
you have sought access to:
• Infringement number
• Infringement date
• Infringement time
• Infringement location
• Infringement ID
• Infringement Penalty
• Officer ID
• State of registration of vehicle
• Make of vehicle
Document production
Council did not have documents in its possession that included the data requested. Council has
produced a document pursuant to section 19 of the Act to meet your request.

Where a request is made for information that is not available in a discrete form but the organisation
could produce a written document containing the requested information by using a computer to
retrieve or collate stored information the organisation must deal with the request as if it were a
request for a document held in its possession.

I have decided to provide access to the documents in full.
