Dear NT WorkSafe,
I am a final year student from Melbourne Polytechnic and I would like to make a humble request some data to assist my current research for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.
My study focuses on construction safety at night that analyse whether current safety measures is effective within the construction industry. This study may have the potential to improve construction workers safety issue at night, which there are very limited existing research and regulations in Australia.
The document that I am willing to obtain is an annonymous data of time and place of incidents from construction workers between the year 2003-as late as possible.
