Freedom of Information Act 1982 (
FOI Act) dated, and received in this office, on 11 June 2014.
2. You have sought access to “documents, including advice that contributed to the development of the
view that the implementation of the Korea-Australia Free Trade Agreement would require amendment
to the
Copyright Act 1968 as per paragraph 17 of the National Interest Analysis”.
