Appeals Tribunal
- The five most recent (as at the date of this request) purchase order documents,
associated with the tender of employees from Hays by the AAT. Please only return
tender documents associated with the procurement of labour hire contractors fil ing APS4
positions at the AAT or below
We received your request on 18 August 2020 and the 30 day statutory period for
processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore
expect a decision from us by
17 September 2020. The 30 day period may be extended
if we need to consult other parties or for other reasons permit ed under the FOI Act.
