I refer to your email of 19 September 2020 in which you made a request (the
FOI request)

Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the
FOI Act) to the Department of the Prime
Minister and Cabinet (the
Department) in the following terms:
Under the FOI Act I request a copy of the documents:
- referred to in paragraph 4 of the Information Commissioner’s decision here

that were
- provided/attempted to be provided to the applicant before the end of Thursday
10 September 2020.

Decision
The Department has identified five documents within the scope of your request (the
requested documents), namely the documents that were the subject of the decision by the
Information Commissioner in
'VG' and Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
(Freedom of information) [2020] AICmr 42. These documents were released by the
Department and published on the Department’s FOI discloure log at:
