I request documents under the F.O.I. Act as described below :

1. Any documents associated with the ATO decision(s) to exclude casual staff from participation in the APS Employee Census, in all of the relevant years in which the census was held.

2. Any documents/correspondence between the ATO and APSC in relation to that decision(s).
