NATIVE VEGETATION IN THIS AREA 
HAS BEEN VANDALISED
Coffs Harbour City Council has commenced an investigation 
into  the  damage  done  to  the  vegetation  at  this  location. 
This  vandalism  is  an  offence  covered  by  s629  of  the  Local 
Government Act 1993.
Council takes action in these instances in accordance with 
its Vegetation Vandalism Policy (POL-091) adopted in 2017.

Council has engaged bush regeneration specialists to carry 
out remediation works to address the damage done.
