Subject: Internal review of Freedom of Information request - Training documents provided by John Hempton
From: Phillip Sweeney <xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx>
To: FOI requests at ASIC <xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx.xx>

Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Securities and Investments Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Training documents provided by John Hempton'.

Traning material should be of a generic nature and if the names of specific companies and individuals are mentioned then these can be redacted.

I do not see how the business affairs of Bronte Capital would be relevant to training material provided to ASIC. If any proprietary analytical tools are referenced these this can be redacted,

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/training_documents_provided_by_j

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
