I,
of Queen Victoria Terrace, Parkes, Australian Capital Territory, do
solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that:

I am employed by the Australian Electoral Commission
(AEC) in the position of Web
Systems Team Leader in the AEC's Information Technology Branch. In this role, I am
responsible for the technical development and delivery of the AEC's external (or
"public-facing") computer systems and applications. I am often required to undertake
multiple technical roles on behalf of the AEC including Solution Architect, Developer
and Business Analyst.
2.
As Web Systems Team Leader, I direct a small team of developers that have created
the majority of the public-facing mission critical systems utilised by the AEC over the
past four Federal elections. The team presently comprises five developers who all
report to me. As Team Leader, I report directly to the AEC's Director of IT Solutions.
