the following periods:  
o  1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020,  
o  1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020, and 
o  1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021” 
 
We received your request on Tuesday 13 July 2021 and the 30 day statutory period for processing your 
request commenced from the day after that date.  You should therefore expect a decision from us by 
Thursday 12 August 2021.  The period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third parties or
