As anticipated, we were not in a position to complete the processing of your request by the 
original due date of Monday 16 August 2021.  
 
As you did not agree to an extension of time under section 15AA of the FOI Act, we have 
today applied to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) for an 
extension of time pursuant to section 15AC. We have sought an extension until 7 September 
2021. You may, of course, contact OAIC should you wish to discuss our extension request.
