Dear Mr Sweeney 
I  refer  to  your  request submitted  to the  Fair  Work Ombudsman  (FWO)  on  13  August  2021  under  the 
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) seeking a copy of the Nuremburg Code in the possession of 
the Fair Work Ombudsman. 
While the FOI Act provides that a right of access to documents held by an agency, material maintained for 
reference purposes that is otherwise publicly available is excluded from the definition of a document by 
section 4 of the Act. 
The text of the Nuremburg Code (1947) can be found via a search of the internet.
