Freedom of Information (FOI) request - Access Decision
On 6 September 2021, the Department of Home Affairs (the Department) received a request for
access to document under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a decision on your request for access under the
FOI Act.

Scope of request
You have requested access to the following document:
The number of Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visa applicants in the year 2019 who
have not received their grant letter, categorised by occupation.
The number of onshore and offshore Skil ed – Nominated (subclass 190) visa applicants
(251312 only) who have been granted from April 2021 to August 2021, categorised by
nationality and month.
